COVID-19 Updates

Update: 22 November 2020
As you will be aware, the State Government has eased the six day lockdown restrictions and reverted to those restrictions which were introduced on Tuesday, 17th November. As such, the decisions made by the Vines Leadership Team based on the SA Government & UCA Synod will remain in place until further notice (see update 17 November, below). It should be noted that the “1 person per 4 square metres rule” still applies which reduces our capacity for the number of people who were previously accommodated under the 1 person per 2 square metres rule.  We are monitoring the situation and will review our decision in due course. Thanks for your patience.

Our service on Sunday 29 November will be pre-recorded and available on our YouTube Channel on the morning of the 29th.

Update: 19 November 2020
Our service on Sunday 22 November will not be live-streamed because of the current six day lockdown. A recorded service will be available on our YouTube Channel between 9:15 and 9:30am on Sunday 22. Here’s a link to our channel – The Vines Uniting Church YouTube.

Update: 17 November 2020
The State of South Australia has been affected by COVID-19 over the last few days and as such, at the request of the UCA Synod, all groups, activities and face-to-face worship services at The Vines are cancelled beginning 18 November up to and including 1 December. The Leadership Team is monitoring what is happening and further updates will be noted here as they arise.

Blessings to you.
The Vines Leadership Team
